MS LEE (FOR FITNESS AND BODY SHAPING)

Thanks to my friend’s referral, I came to know about this vibration therapy. To me, it is a very interesting way of training and improving the muscle strength in a short period of time. The good point about this therapy is, it only requires 20 to 30 mins for the course, and the whole process is enjoyable although some of the postures are quite tiring at the beginning. Overall, the experience was fairly impressive and I believe this therapy will benefit the whole body and helpful in the long run.

(譯文)多謝朋友的介紹我認識高引力運動。對我來說,這是一項有趣的運動模式及能於短時間內強化肌力。好處在於每節民只需二十至三十分鐘,而整個過程是很開心的,縱使初時維持某些姿勢是稍為吃力。總括來說,此經驗對我來說是深刻的及我相信此運動對身體是有益處的。

 

MS NG (FOR REHABILITION

After an operation, an excision of a pelvic tumor, last June (2007) my right leg became very weak. And in December I fell and fractured my tibia. I tried physiotherapy again when I was allowed to walk in March, but as before the progress was not significant. Fortunately I learnt about Vibration Therapy from my doctor in April. After doing FITVIBE exercises designed by the sport physiotherapist of VTI for only 3 days, my leg became so strong that I was confident enough to step inside the bathtub by myself. Of course, I continue the treatment and have made improvement.

於去年六月進行切除盆骨腫瘤手術後,我的右腳變得軟弱無力。於同年的十二月,我摔倒引致右小腿骨折。當我可下床嘗試步行(三月)時,開始接受物理治療但沒有大進展。幸運地,我的醫生介紹我有關高引力運動。只接受三天的由運動物理治療師設計的高引力運動後,我的右腳變得有力,讓我有信心可自行踏入家裹的浴缸。當然,我選擇繼續接受此治療及我的肌力持續改善。


王婆婆(膝痛的復康)

本人患嚴重膝骨性關節炎及有骨刺,令行動困難,2006年9月開始, 要服食強力止痛藥及注射消炎針, 仍不能減輕痛楚, 又服用兩星期消炎藥, 仍無效. 骨科醫生說因為年紀大有冠心病及血壓高, 不適宜做手術, 2007件幸遇見陳先生介紹我到重力運動治療中心接受治療, 到現在已經4個月, 骨痛已減9, 不用吃止痛藥, 又用OA Adjuster支架 (膝關節輔助支架)令右腳能舒適的行動, 令我的大腿和小腿的肌肉收緊, 行動快些, 這個治療給我的效果甚佳, 相信再接受治療一段時間, 一切都恢復正常. 哀心感謝物理治療師陳小姐悉心指導, 一切令我能夠行動自如, 感謝中心的人員愛護, 謝謝! 王衍文留言

I suffered from back pain since I was a teenager and now became severe. I have tried all kinds of therapy but all worked for a short period only. After 3 weeks of FITVIBE training, pains in my back got less and I could even walk without pain in my back and legs!
